One of our MNC clients is seeking a Senior Product Leader with deep product experience and a track record of bringing innovative SaaS or Cloud based products to market. This professional will manage a growing team of Senior Product Managers and build the next generation of Contract Management and Supplier Governance product. You will help define strategy and direction SaaS service.

Additionally, you will manage, lead, and mentor a team of Senior Product Managers to drive product strategy and execution. You must be passionate about a cloud/SaaS business model, data science, big data analytics technologies. As a seasoned Product Manager, you use data for decision making; understand how to run a product team, notwithstanding the tumult of a Startup environment. You define Go-to-market before developers start writing code.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own, Define and Build current and future generation of Enterprise SaaS product

- Build cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Success

- Mentor and coach a team of Product Managers, help them with career progression and see them walking into your shoes in few years

- Distill - what- to build and - why- a customer would need it

- Define Go-to-Market strategy and execute it with the Sales and Marketing team

- Engage with development teams and architects on making smart choices. Be the champion of their effort, while challenging the assumptions

- Serve as the product visionary and champion the cause at industry trade shows

REQUIREMENTS

- 12 -15 years of relevant work experience

- Recent experience of at least 5-6 years with Enterprise Software delivered as SaaS/Cloud is essential

- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

- Data-driven decision making

- Demonstrate ability to challenge assumptions with data

- Technical understanding of IT is a must have

- Past hands-on development role is a plus
