Director - Product Role & Responsibilities : - Lead the execution of all product lifecycle processes for product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, product launch, and adoption - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by tech team - Collaborate closely with tech, marketing, QA, design, sales teams to ensure timely delivery - Measure product adoption and how successful features are at solving customer problems and use the data to prioritize the development - Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans - Work closely with Google & Facebook and other partners to design roadmap and build the most robust omni-channel advertising product in the market Desired Skills & Experience : Must-have : - 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Product - Experience in online marketing, analytics, and advertising - Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills - Ability to visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions - UI designing & prototyping (use of wire framing tools) - Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members - Should be high on ownership with attention to details Good to have : - Experience of managing a product from idea to growth - B2B SaaS experience and preferably working with Google, Facebook, or any other advertising network
