Director of Products-Fintech

What You Will Do :

- You will define the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for multiple business functions within the organization.

- You will lead of team of product managers, mentoring them and building great products.

- You will be the primary custodian for the end-user experience of all the digital products.

- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing product stories in engineering sprints.

- Define and own the business metrics. Work with stakeholders and prioritize problems.

- You will work very closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including and not limited to operations team, software developers, embedded engineers, data scientists, service designers and business analysts.

- You will ; at any point in time ; be juggling on multiple projects within the workstream at different stages of product development.

What You Will Need :

- You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, with a total experience of not less than 15+ years, of which at least 2 years should have been in direct people management roles

- Prior experience in building products from scratch - have seen 0-1 journey of product development and taking it to the market and be part of the growth journey.

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results

- Experience working closely with software and UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer complex products.

- Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs especially in an ambiguous environment.

- Prior experience hiring & leading a team of top-notch PMs.
