About the Role: The Director of Product will be the representative of the user at the table and lead the company's efforts from ground up for an exciting new product by defining the vision for the product. Success in the role requires a passion for building great products and enthusiasm for leading high performing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define the vision and lead strategy, prioritization, and execution for the new product - Work in partnership with engineering, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders through the entire product lifecycle - Build a team of designers, engineers, educators, and data scientists to collaborate together for a successful rollout of the first version of the product - Define and execute the business model, go-to-market strategy and monetization roadmap for the product The Ideal Candidate: - Has prior experience building a product from ground up - Has 3-5 years of experience in product management or in leading a business - Has an analytical bent of mind, excellent problem-solving skills - Is an effective communicator who is able to rally the team towards a defined purpose - Is passionate about the education space
