- Experience with social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired - Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology - Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on - Deep user empathy and consumer first thinking layered with a strong understanding of business - Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven decision making - Should have managed a team of high performing PMs at multiple levels - Entrepreneurial with a high degree of ownership, any prior experience building or working in a start-up would be a plus - 10+ years of experience in delivering highly successful and innovative consumer social products, work experience with a consumer/Internet organisation or building a social product would be a plus
