Experience : 15-22 Yrs

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Skill Required:

- Must have at least 18+ years of relevant industry experience.

- Must have at least 10+ years of management/ leadership experience in software product development organization required.

- Must have at least 10+ years experience delivering high quality telecom and OAM software.

- Must have competence and experience in mobile networks. Competence in radio network area is a plus.

- Must be a hands-on technical person.

- Strong understanding and practice of the software development cycle including waterfall and agile methods is required.

- Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills are required.

- Record of successful delivery of software systems as a leader of a team of size of 15-50 or bigger is required.
