These products, built on .Net and MS Technologies and having a dedicated team, are platforms that enable enterprises to build software based systems for their businesses without getting into the hassle of writing codes or maintaining high-end technical teams With an initial client base and some revenues already in-place, this business is a strategic investment by the co. and is set to exponentiate further from here on, and as such has tremendous opportunities of professional growth for this position - a senior management role at the organization IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: - Overall hands-on experience of min. 15 years at product based IT firms or service based IT cos. having product based businesses, including a min. of 5 - 10 years as a Product Development Manager/Engg. Manager/Software Development Manager, along with a full-time degree in engg. or computer applications - Expertise in customer interaction &amp; engagement - Engineered products, has experience in massive scale web operations and security, and has been a product development &amp; management leader for at least 2 successfully released &amp; being-used products - Has relevant experience related to product devpt. in a start-up environment or in cases where established service based IT cos. have built product based solutions - Manages end-to-end of the product life cycle - from conceptualization, design, development, QA through maintenance - Demonstrates solid collaboration skills across teams &amp; people - both internally as well as with external stakeholders like clients, channel sales partners and alliances - Delivers highly regarded software solutions for ace enterprises leading lean &amp; agile teams - Is hands-on at developing software products in core .Net with expertise in laying down great application architecture and core design ground-up - Is equally strong at algorithms that result in superior application performance - from perspectives like scalability, load &amp; security - Drives complex software architectures, operations metrics and manages day to day operations - Defines &amp; designs the interaction between different teams and components - Works hand-in-gloves with colleagues and product teams to develop the most optimum technical design &amp; approach for developing the new product - Defines &amp; complies with a truly qualitative release/build and config. management process
