Director - Product Development - J2EE - BFSI

Currently we are catering one of our BFSI Domain client for Director - Product Development role.

Details of this requirement are as follows:

Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of highly qualified Software Architects

- Provide the Architecture Road Map

- Technical Design Reviews to support Product Management and Product Development in delivering high quality software

- Technical Design Reviews of the software implementations

- Demonstrating Architecture to internal and external Customers

- Execute Research and produce Research papers to support the Architecture and Product Management

- Provide architectural and technological expert knowledge to support Sales and Pre-Sales Operations

- Document the overall product architecture

- Help improve quality of GoldenSource products on a design and component dependency level

- Facilitating Research within the organization.

- Hands - on management skills

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required (please list mandatory & preferred skill sets):

Mandatory:

- Deep Understanding of Application Servers; Experience with multiple application servers

- Deep understanding of Operating Systems

- In depth J2EE knowledge including other related technology areas

- Creative Thinking

- Analytical skills

- Experience in designing scalable and performing solutions on a large scales

- Good communication skills

- Presentation Skills

Additional:

- C++ skills

Education & Experience:

- 12-15 years of experience in large software development

- 7+ years of experience in J2EE development

- BE or MCA from a reputable university
