Our client is US based leading service provider, offering cloud based solutions in the Health care space.

- Looking for a Director of Technology, the role will be responsible for leading a part of the over all development team.

- The Director will be responsible for managing the quality and capabilities of the development team under him / her.

- The role will be responsible for identifying the suitable projects for the team by working with various architects, VP's, technical leads and process innovators in US and for identifying a strategy for continuous, long term improvement of those operations department.

- The Director will participate in the decision making of many aspects of the organisation including planning, budgeting, goal setting, project delivery, performance management and appraisal delivery.

Experience :

- Experience in software product development or business process engineering with technical comfort.

- Must be ready to get the hands dirty while involved in the projects technically during all phases of the development like analysis, design, architecture planning and code development.

Role based in Chennai.
