Background: The incumbent candidate should be preferable with am IAM product Organization. SI based experience may be considered based on the incumbent's technical knowledge and experience in IAM. Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree in a technical or related field is preferred. - 15+ years of IT industry experience in IT leadership role - 5+ Years of experience leading a mid-sized customer support or technical operations team supporting SaaS products - Preferred domain knowledge - Identity and Access Management - Information Security - Strong technical background in SaaS and enterprise applications - Proven communication skills at executive level Responsibilities: - Lead a world class customer support team which consistently works towards ensuring customer satisfaction - Works in tandem with customers, internal executive sponsors, stakeholders, managers and technical team to achieve business goals - Collaborates with leaders to develop and implement operational strategy, forecasts global operational resourcing and training needs - Identify and recommend staffing needs for the customer support teams and ensure timely preparation of the team for the upcoming work. - Define, manage and report performance metrics for the customer support team. - Use a metrics based approach to analyse performance, identification and prioritization of operational process improvement areas to ensure consistent execution. - Regularly interface with the customers to get their feedback on the effectiveness of the operations, handle escalations etc. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with product and professional services teams within the Organization to accelerate customer issue resolution and represent the voice of our key customers. - Develop and manage CPS team's budget and prioritize investments in future growth and innovation to maximize business value. - Supervising, mentoring and developing the customer support team to continually improve performance and increase productivity and efficiency of the team.
