We are hiring a Director - Procurement Operations &amp; Accounts Payable for our ITES client based at Bangalore location. Job Purposes : - Responsible for supporting - Global Services, Global Technology Services, Global Procurement &amp; Strategic Sourcing, Enterprise Market Data and Corporate Support Services teams. The team provides expense planning &amp; analysis, forecasting, reporting, capital planning, relationship management, and more. - Has direct responsibility for the global Account Payable &amp; Procurement Ops activity while functioning as a general manager for the Procurement team locally. - Develops unit(s) budget and manages the expenses for the group/ unit - Liaise with the Business and Partners to influence development strategy &amp; solutions in support of their goals and objectives. Required Skills &amp; Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline. - At least 15 or more years- experience in managing project teams, or an equivalent combination of education and work experiences. - Advanced, in depth knowledge of accounts payable and supply chain management, preferred. - Excellent project management, facilitation, negotiation, analytical, change management and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of process automation tools such as Robotics, Artificial Intelligence - Must be an excellent motivator and communicator to manage a global staff and cross-functional teams. - Strategic as well as operational expertise is necessary to provide long term planning and execution in supply chain attributes to meet Corporation and business unit profitability, efficiency and risk mitigation goals. - Technically adept with basic application software; proficient in MS Office Suites with advanced Excel skills. - Experience with PeopleSoft Systems and contract management systems.
