Client Details :

Our client is a leading global FMCG company. They have a diverse product offering and are recognised as the pioneers in the segment they operate in. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Procurement Director, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to the Global Director- Procurement you will be responsible for :

- Formulating sourcing strategies for all raw materials sourced to or supplied from the Indian Subcontinent (includes Bangladesh and Srilanka)

- Managing a team of 2-3 professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation

- Driving procurement across both categories - raw material and packaging materials such as fat, glucose, dairy, plastics, paper boxes etc.

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations while liaising with global stakeholders

Profile :

You will be a professional with more than 12 years of experience in sourcing and procurement ideally in foods industry with some regional experience. The client is looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, stakeholder management and hands on approach towards his/her work.
