We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual who can effectively lead and drive the remodeling of our processes and create a culture of continuous improvement.

- As Director, Process Excellence & OD, you will be provided with an opportunity to impact Human Resources operations by spearheading key process re-engineering projects and developing metrics to evaluate HR processes.

- You will be responsible for reviewing all existing HR processes and recommending improvement initiatives including revised process workflows, continuous improvement initiatives globally for the HR function and programs to enhance cross-functional integration and centralization of our global HR processes

Role & Responsibility:

Functional / Operational:

- Establish efficient processes and systems to track status of initiatives and drive high-level operational re-engineering activities by devising metrics to track the performance of new initiatives

- Partner with internal/external teams in developing a roadmap to be used in the deployment of strategic objectives

- Coach and mentor various stakeholders and the team in the use of various tools, concepts and practices

- Directly support in achieving strategic deployment objectives by conducting on-site workshops, kaizen events, and by providing guidance through the transformation process

- Assist Senior Leadership in selecting projects that are aligned with business/functional goals and strategies

- Work with Leadership in installing support for Process Excellence (reviews, communications, rewards, software, etc.)

- Assist leaders to overcome resistance to change and use benchmarking and best practices knowledge to set expectations and targets

Team Related:

- Work with Executive Management and other senior leadership as a “thought leader” to define current state situation and assist in the development of optimized processes in line with the strategic goals of the Organization

- Partner with different HR verticals leaders and propose improvement interventions to create processes aligned to HR vision by quantifying ongoing process gaps, determining potential resolution, and monitoring progress through implementation

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline

- MBA from a premier business school

- Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Black Belt training required

Minimum Years Of Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in Operational Excellence with international organizations of high repute

Required Skills:

- Proven experience leading projects and casework focused on process improvement initiatives

- Ability to lead change initiatives including experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma from concept to full implementation

- Ability to foresee, plan and drive changes in the processes post mergers and acquisitions

- Ability to understand the bigger picture and bring in a new perspective

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment

- Ability to proactively recognize, plan and act on the need for innovation and improvement in the processes
