Position : Director, Process Excellence

Department : Human Resource Administration

Location : Mumbai

Requisites:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline

- MBA from a premier business school

- Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Black Belt training required

- 12+ years of experience in Operational Excellence with international organizations of high repute

Responsibilities:

- Establish efficient processes and systems to track status of initiatives and drive high-level operational re-engineering activities by devising metrics to track the performance of new initiatives

- Partner with internal/external teams in developing a road-map to be used in the deployment of strategic objectives

- Coach and mentor various stakeholders and the team in the use of various tools, concepts and practices

- Assist Senior Leadership in selecting projects that are aligned with business/functional goals
