Director - Private Wealth Management - NBFC

We have very urgent position in one of BEST NBFC organizations across the following location :

Position : Director - Private wealth management

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune

Offered CTC : upto 24 to 35 lacs (APPROX ) ; depending upon last drawn CTC, total experience, current AUM size, interview status etc .

For COIMBATORE : CTC upto 30lacs ( negotiable for a superb fit ).

For PUNE : CTC upto 45lacs max.

Job Purpose :

- Identify and engage with qualified corporate treasuries, family offices and ultra high net-worth individuals across locations.

- Develop new market segments (SME and VC focus).

- Responsible for business planning, monitoring performance and re-assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities across the region.

- Maintain the highest standards of performance record through exceptional service delivery and hierarchical influence matrix based engagement and CRM based follow- up processes .

- Acquiring clients to increase - Assets under service- (AUM) in the first year and increase thereafter yoy in the region.

It entails providing the full spectrum of private banking solutions for ultra high net worth individuals and corporate treasuries. This is achieved through an extensive process of financial planning to protect and enhance the wealth of clients and their families through a comprehensive range of investment services, family wealth advisory services, private wealth solutions such as wealth planning and preservation

Requirements :

Industry : Banks / NBFC / Other BFSI

Note :

- Candidates should have local market knowledge / exposure of local market.

- Candidates should be stable, ideally should be in the current company for not less than 4 years vintage. Previously stable candidates of having

4+ years of vintage can also apply.
