Director - Private Wealth

Experience - 18 years

Location - Mumbai

Role :

- The business leader must have experience in independently operating the wealth management business and building the division ground up. The role will entail formulating a strategy to offer this new service to its existing premium clients and the overall HNI & UHNI ecosystem.

- Responsible for building the private wealth business group, including building high performing teams, product refinement, devising a market strategy, product launch, developing partnerships & collaborations and running the business independently.

- The leader must be pragmatic, have strong problem-solving and decisive decision-making skills, focused on people development, storytelling with data, must have the ability to take thoughts through to execution.

The Successful Applicant must have :

- Proven experience in leading a wealth management practice, team management with a proven record of achieving sustainable growth.

- To develop and manage relationships with HNI & UHNI clients in order to provide them with investment products and services in line with their risk profile.

- Must have experience in working directly with the founders and should have played an instrumental role in successfully growing a start up, or building a new division from scratch.

- Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements.

- Strong coaching and influencing skills.

- Proven experience in building high performing teams across.

- Drive accountability, continuous process improvement, and scale-based thinking.

- Excellent relationship management skills

- Existing network of HNI and UHNI clients in India.
