Director/Principal - Leadership Hiring - Recruitment Business

We are a lean team of Senior Partners with combined experience of over 50 years within industry and executive search & talent solutions. Both our Partners have global experience in delivering on mandates in Asia Pacific, Middle East and US.

As a part of our growth phase, we are looking to bring on board a seasoned search professional from either of these focus groups:

- Consumer Goods, Retail, Media and Hospitality

- Industrial

- Financial Services

We would love to get going from the word go however we understand the life cycle of a search and the associated challenges. if you have successfully sold retained search OR assignments with at least 2 weeks of exclusivity, we will be quite keen to engage with you in understanding your long term plans.

We are based in Mumbai and have a definitive plan to grow in Delhi by the second quarter of 2019.

The core responsibilities of this role will include:

- Hunting for new business as well as servicing existing mandates.

- Delivery of the assignments can be either done as a 360 degree role or through contract researchers. Post completion of 3 assignments, the Director will have the flexibility to recruit a researcher on a full time basis.

- Targeting India geography and successfully leading at least 10-12 search assignments in any given year.

This role can potentially lead to a Partner role in as quick as 12 months.
