Duties & accountabilities

B.A.U. Management: Manage and monitor the processes & tasks related to products that are being support by the team (either CDS & Quotes or EABS & Loans). This is including developing and taking ownership of the teams- management information (M.I.) which will be distributed internally.

Through training and partnering with global peers become a subject matter expert (S.M.E.) in the products that be being supported by the team.

Coordinate and communicate with US and London based team members/ counterparts in order to achieve the stated objectives.

Process Improvement: improve operational efficiency through proposing process enhancements - and then implementing as agreed with the management team.

Documentation: Ensure process documentation is kept fresh -- and accounts for any changes to existing process and is extended to cover new processes.

Take a full and pro-active role in regional and global Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
