ABOUT THE CLIENT - Our client is a leading SaaS platform with major expansion plans. BACKGROUND TO ROLE: - Our client is at exciting phase of growth and has built a strong presence across the globe and is looking to further strengthen its presence by bringing a leader to Head the presales function. The individual would report directly to the Co-Founder. - The appointed individual will lead the presales function across the geography, managing the entire presales cycle, leading and managing the team. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Manage and lead the pre-sales team to developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations - Lead all aspects of the pre-sales process i.e. Technical proposal development, Proof of Concepts (POCs), Product Demos, pricing and solutions - Build and maintain a high-performing team: attract, develop, engage and retain talented team members by creating an environment where people can realize their full potential. - Create a culture of success, define presales processes, and constantly identify opportunities to improve. - Coach, develop and mentor the entire team to drive continuous improvement in skills and product knowledge. - Provide detailed and accurate presales forecasts and work collaboratively with every department EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND : - Proven track record of leading the presales function in SaaS/IT Services companies. - Proven record of building teams and onboarding new presales representatives. - Strong business and financial acumen. - Strong ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly.
