- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Mapping core product features with the needs of the customer and ensuring the customizations or workshops are understood
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Should be aware of the new trends in the industry and adapting and solutioning those needs with the products.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of experience in a Lending setup with working knowledge of the lending ecosystem
- Work experience in either implementation or PreSales teams for product / platform-based organizations
- In-depth process knowledge of one or more customer acquisition processes in BFSI domain
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams, such as Business teams, operations , implementations teams to have the required prioritization accorded
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams internally.
