Position: Director - Presales

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft high-quality responses to formal RFI/RFPs or proactive proposals to win new accounts or new LOBs inside our existing account.
- Interface with Client Services, Account management, and Sales team to develop such proposals.
- Interface with clients and ask the right questions.
- Determine Value adds, benefits and win themes as part of solutioning
- Develop reuseable capabilities and building blocks to optimise solutions and proposals.
- Conduct Win-Loss Analysis and refactor learnings to improve the win ratios.
Must have:
- Must have of 10+ years of experience with at least 50% in presales/solutioning role.
- Clear track record of working with clients in Europe and US.
- Must have hands-on experience in preparing collaterals for Service Offerings.
- Excellent Communication skills.
