Summary of the role :

As the leader of the Technology Practices, along with the business development team/s you will be responsible for interacting with senior client sponsors and CIOs to understand their business problems and accordingly craft technological solutions under C-A-D-S areas

Here is the outline of the accountabilities of the role :

Strategic Vision and Leadership :

- Develop and articulate the strategies and business plan for the Practice in alignment with the organizational strategies and business plan

- Define long-term and short-term objectives for the Practice

- Understand the market in terms of opportunities available and leverage the Practice performance to tap into these opportunities resulting in the overall growth of the organization

- Oversee the complete operation of the Practice in accordance with the direction established in the business plans

- Create solutions with a critical mass as per defined norms

Business Development :

- Collaborate with the Business Development Head in developing a road map for expanding the relationship with the client

- Work closely with the Business Development team in developing proposals (pre-sales and pro-active sales) and creating the collaterals for Marketing and Business Development activities

- Partner with the Business Development team in showcasing the big wins of the Practice

- Develop GTM strategies for services and solutions along with the Business Development team and support in Account mining

Technology and Solution Management :

- Work with team of C-A-D-S leads and architects to identify, evangelize and create technology solutions based on exposure to client business problems as well as market trends and dynamics

- Provide thought leadership, publish white papers and participate in events and conferences

- Work with CTO organization to build COEs, frameworks, POCs, blue-printing solutions and road map solutions

- Anchor the IP generation and asset creation process

Client Engagement and Satisfaction :

- Collaborate with the Delivery Head to engage with the client and provide confidence to the client that the client requirements are well understood and that the Organization has the ability to address the client requirements

- Partner with the Delivery Head to ensure that the client requirements are addressed and the solutions enable client success

- Ensure adherence to the norms of engagement between client, Delivery and project teams (client connect, review and handling escalations)

Reports To : SVP - Sales Supervises Team of technology Practice Leads, architects and pre-sales professionals (Direct reportees 4 to 6, rolled up team 10 to 12)
