- Development of association with Pharma Industry for skill development and up gradation in core technical areas

- To develop various courses for skill development under Director General of Training and MSBTE(Maharashtra Board of Technical Education) to run Learn & Earn Schemes in Pharmaceutical industries

- To mobilize trainees in industries and monitor training progress as per norms specified by MSBTE / NCVT

- To update various skill initiatives to pharma industries and highlight them about benefits to run core technical operations smoothly for better quality and productivity.

- To identify QP's (Qualification Packs) based on requirement from industry based on job roles.

- Curriculum development for employees or new recruits under various schemes

- Co-ordination with government educational bodies as well industries for development of skill models in pharma sector.

- Male candidates are preferred

- Candidates must have expertise into pharma operations.

- Must be open to travel whenever required.
