Job Details:
- Responsibility for the performance, budget and management of digital programs to drive business goals.
- Coordinate digital marketing acquisition activities with internal teams to coordinate and execute all advertiser acquisition strategies across the company.
- Lead paid marketing efforts in internal and other acquisition networks to reach Volume, Quality and ROI acquisition goals.
- Conduct analysis and work with business intelligence team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimizations.
- Analyze performance, generate performance reports, present to senior management and use results to optimize and ensure positive ROI.
- Develop, execute and analyze ongoing test approaches to continually improve performance
- Lead creative development for any programs or materials needed to support acquisition programs and ads.
- Manage and track various vendor and partner budgets
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5+ years of lead generation experience across paid digital channels.
- MBA /BE from a top-tier program
- Startup, high growth company experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of cookies, tracking and analytical technical mechanics
- Experience working with advertising agencies and market research firms
- Strong strategic, financial, and analytic skills
