Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, google ads and other similar platforms.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics to monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROAS.
- Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources across various campaigns and channels for QuitSure brand, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
- Market Research and Trends Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media marketing, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) :
- Campaign Performance: Achieve targeted ROAS and conversion metrics across all managed campaigns to drive revenue.
- Innovation and Strategy Implementation: Successfully implement cutting-edge strategies and tools for performance marketing and remarketing, staying ahead of the curve in the industry.
- Budget Optimization: Maximize campaign results for high budget campaigns (think millions of dollars), demonstrating efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide insightful and actionable reports to CEO, driving decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field. 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Prior agency experience, having managed performance marketing for multiple clients. Has personally managed a budget of at least INR 1 crore.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns with high budgets.
- Detailed understanding of user funnels and remarketing campaigns.
