Director - Performance Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across multiple digital channels including Google Ads, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, product, and sales to develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver maximum impact.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive continuous optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Drive testing and experimentation initiatives to uncover new opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Manage relationships with external partners including agencies, vendors, and technology providers to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant metrics.
Skills required:
- 6-10 years of work experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on digital advertising channels.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, SEM, social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and display advertising networks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience to lead a team of performance marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
