People Leadership

- Enabling the success of the People Team function in partnership with leadership in supporting the US employee life cycle and firm's strategic goal to increase the use of the

- Alongside the functional team, help recruit, and onboard the right skilled resources to achieve results, profitability, and business plan objectives

- Work with management team to set clear objectives for team members based on capacity and specialization; managing performance through career discussions, feedback and timely conversations

- Identify, groom, reward and train resources with the right skills to develop a high performing team

- Serves as a liaison across sites to collaborate, coordinate with counterparts to help translate unique cultural and other local needs, help address any challenges and opportunities

- Lead and work across the team and across the function to create the right synergies between team members and the right work environment by adhering to all policies, procedures, guidelines where colleagues can thrive

- Active involvement as member of the People Operations and ADM CoE Leadership teams.

- Build proactive relationships with People Segments, COEs and Operations teams to understand business needs and capabilities.

- Ability to quickly respond to inquiries and anticipate issues and future needs.

Operational Leadership :

- Oversees the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring that "business as usual" operations are managed and performing efficiently and effectively

- Work with People Team ADM CoE leadership to establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the site's operational efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated

- Monitor and oversee KPI's and facilitate opportunities to improve consistency

- Facilitate/improve operational excellence through process improvement, simplification and the use of automation and technology

- Oversees transitions from beginning to end, first local point of contact for escalations

- Lead and co-coordinate the financial year planning process in partnership with People team

Strategic Thought Leadership :

- Lead and deploy the agreed strategy across the People function

- Partners with the People Team ADM CoE to support the strategic planning process. Acts as a trusted advisor to the People Team ADM CoE, other business leaders and relevant stakeholders during strategy formulation, development, and execution.

- Supports the evaluation and establishes measurement criteria to monitor the performance of established strategies consistently, identifies inefficiencies, and develops actionable solutions.

- Supports use of strategy planning tools and methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction
