- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of People Analytics and Data Governance to join our HR team.
- The ideal candidate should be able to understand data and generate insights for business purposes.
- As the Director of People Analytics and Data Governance, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.
- Additionally, you will oversee data governance and ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a data-driven HR strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their data and analytics needs and design and implement data solutions to support them.
- Manage and lead a team of people analytics professionals to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement best practices for data collection, management, and analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Oversee data governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports and dashboards to track and measure progress against those KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights in data to inform HR and business decisions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay current on trends and best practices in people analytics and data governance.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
- 16+ years of experience in HR analytics and Data Governance and HR Strategy
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Experience working with business leaders to develop data-driven solutions to support business goals.
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of people analytics professionals.
- Experience in data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
