Director - Payment Alliances - eCommerce - IIM/XLRI/IIT/IMT/MDI/FMS/ISB (8-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the payment alliances charter for the company across all business lines - Food Marketplace, Instamart, Other new categories

- Responsible for managing the partnerships and delivery of business from each of the partners across every category

- Proactively identify and onboard high value partners and scale existing partnerships

- Lead BNPL and co-brand credit card program.

- Identify and deliver new products that can help drive growth, acquisitions, profitability, efficiency and effectiveness of spends

- Influence cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business, analytics and finance to ensure mutual wins for the company and partners.

- Monitor the macro landscape for competitive activity and keep a track of new products coming in the payments industry

Person should have:

- Excellent understanding of the payments industry (esp. financial products like BNPL and co-brand credit cards) and payment partnerships

- Proven track record of leading payment partnerships with large organizations, preferably in financial services or consumer tech

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills across multiple functional areas

- Ability to take data-driven decisions and translate identified opportunities into actions

- Experience and comfort operating with a high degree of freedom and responsibility in ambiguous environments

- Minimum 4 years experience of leading a team of mid to senior team members

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification - MBA from a premium institute

- Experience- 8-10 Years with at least 4 years of managing a team

- Industry / Sector - Consumer tech/ Fintech/BFSI
