Responsibilities:
- Create and present to the GB, the short and long-term goals of the organization
- Fundraising and generating revenues adequate for supporting the organisation's mission in terms of initiatives & projects and develop strong bonds with existing and new donors.
- Build and strengthen the organisation's team
- Plan and implement high-quality and cost-effective programs
- Oversee the Finance function including budgeting, reporting and auditing, while ensuring high standards of fiscal integrity and compliance with all financial & legal regulations.
- Develop constructive relationships with colleagues, outside agencies, organizations and supporters, who can assist the organisation in attaining its goals.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree with overall work experience of 12-14 years in the Social Sector ( minimum of 4 years' experience at a senior management level)
- Leadership skills , Commitment to successful outcome of Initiatives & Programs, Business acumen, Fresh Initiatives to lead change with successful outcomes, maximising Community Impact and building a Sustainable Organisation.
- Knowledge of finance, budgets, strategic planning, planning, and governance
- Proficiency in oral and written English communications
