Director - Partnerships & Alliances - IT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Partnerships and Alliances. This pivotal leadership role is integral to driving the growth and success of our organization through strategic partnerships and alliances.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy

- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partners based on strategic alignment and mutual benefit.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:

- Lead and oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to contract negotiation and deal closure.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities within the broader sales strategy.

Team Leadership and Motivation:

- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, driving excellence and innovation.

Driving Revenue Growth:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, marketing and sales to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.

- Implement innovative partnership programs to maximize revenue opportunities and market penetration.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of partnership initiatives.

- Provide regular, data-driven reports to executive leadership on the status and effectiveness of partnerships
