Hiring For Director/ Partner- M&A Tax (Transactional Tax)

Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience in M&A Tax

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International).

2. M&A and Transaction Advisory- Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Advisory.

3. Advisory on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations, etc.

4. Display Leadership capability by managing client relations, Business Development and growing the division.

5. Interacting with Senior Management of Clients groups - mainly large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and maintaining a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek a candidate with in-depth experience in Direct Tax Advisory services. Preference shall be given to candidates who possess:

- Experience in Direct Taxation / Corporate Taxation Advisory / M&A Services at reputed consulting / CA firms / Industry

- Expert technical knowledge on M&A tax matters

- Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills

- Sound commercial knowledge

- Networking & Business development skills.

- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill
