Director/Partner - Due Diligence


Competencies:


- Leadership and project management qualities with effective communication skills and articulation ability.

- Exceptional client service ability along with developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.

- Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.

- Excellent knowledge and rich work experience of financial due diligence and strategy to gather comprehensive insights and conduct a thorough assessment of the target company.

- Should have handled Due Diligence assignments independently/as a team leader; preferably sectors such as Technology, manufacturing, real-estate, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, logistics and Financial Services.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive due diligence process for evaluating potential business partners

- Design and implement a comprehensive due diligence framework for evaluating potential business partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

- Stay current on relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and legal requirements.

- Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and other financial data to assess the financial health and stability of potential partners.

- Evaluate the operational capabilities, performance, and efficiency of potential partners.

- Identify any operational risks that may impact the success of the partnership.

- Develop risk assessment reports summarizing key findings and recommendations for decision-makers.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing due diligence findings.

- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Due Diligence department.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

- Investigate any ongoing or potential legal issues, lawsuits, or regulatory compliance concerns that may impact the M&A transaction.

- Assess the target company's day-to-day operations, production processes, and supply chain to identify operational efficiencies and potential challenges.

Experience:

- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in due diligence

- Experience of working with consulting firm preferred with business development skill

Academic Qualification: CA Qualified with Due Diligence with majorly CA Firm Experience
