Director - Paid Media - Media Firm

One of our renowned client into Media is looking for Director Paid Media .

Role / Profile:

- Leading the performance media team (strategists + search managers/execs)

- Strategy & planning (existing and new clients)

- Handling appraisals and promotions of direct reportees

- Attending client meetings and pitches

- Mentoring & training

- Team development

- Working closely with business development & senior leadership teams to provide strategic inputs

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of AdWords & Paid Social (both mandatory) and other auction platforms (optional).

- Exposure to digital mediums other than performance preferred

- Excellent analytical skills

- Good communication & eye for detail

- Team management
