Director - Organizational Change Management

Our client is one of the leading provider of Information Technology, Business process outsourcing and consulting services looking to hire a Director for Organizational Change Management for their Consulting Business Unit.

The role will be responsible for:

- Leading the Organizational Change Management function for India and Asia Pacific region.

- Responsible for driving and growing the change management team in India.

- Leading the change management program across the consulting division for enhancing delivery excellence, business and Technology transformation.

- The role will be instrumental in developing organizational change strategy, stake holder management, change management and strategic change communication etc.

Role can be based in Chennai or Bangalore.
