Key Accountabilities -
Organization Development:
- Develop OD agenda based on a robust, well researched framework/models.
- Lead the need gap assessment study to diagnose org/ team/ unit culture and identify key priority action areas using relevant diagnostic methodologies.
- Design and deploy approach/ framework for OD interventions including individual/ team/ unit assessments and development practices at organization and BU level keeping research and analytics at the core for all discussions.
- Provide thought leadership to build strong values based culture through integration of values with processes, employee practice enhancement and organizational symbol creation.
- Partner with reputed academic institutions to build case studies of people practices deployed successfully.
Change Management:
- Develop change agenda and the architecture to drive change based on thorough assessment of the organization needs.
- Drive the transformation programme for the organization
- Lead capability and communication strategy for change interventions and facilitate people/ process training programs to drive adoption of change at org/ BU level.
- Define measures of success for change interventions and design tools to assess the impact in a structured manner.
Engagement Diagnostics & Action Planning
- Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
- Manage Employee engagement survey, work on diagnostics and presentation of findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Actionize Org wide and Business unit wise plans based on survey feedback
- Track and Report the progress of action plans
Qualifications & Experience Skills & Competencies
10+ years experience
MBA in HR/ M.A. in Organizational Psychology/ Organizational Behavior. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OD and Employee Engagement
