Our Esteemed client a US Based MNC IT Client is seeking to hire the above role Reports to: Reporting to VP / US - Controller High level Responsibilities: - Transition and Lead O2C Process to India Operations - Manage workforce of 300~400 team members across O2C, R2R, P2P process. - Collaborate with Stakeholders to Define KPI, Service Levels - Engage in WBR, QBR and consistently evaluate Performance to Defined KPI and Service Levels - Collaborate with Global team and Executive Team for Reporting on Month/Quarter close - Establish Strong Process Controls, Framework to monitor KRA and business escalations - Collaborate with Stakeholders for Finance related projects ensutre it includes financial metrics, Key deliverables and a consistent communication plan - Recruitment, Training, Planning &amp; Delegating, Conflict Management - Continous Process Improvement, Collaborate with HR and L&amp;D for career path for talents under span of control - Submit delinquent accounts to third party collection agencies, Legal further to Audit of Bad debt accounts with documentations - Responsible for Balance Score card view and consistency of Data - Required to Travel as required. - Work and deliver in a 24x7 environment. Requirement - - Bachelor's degree/PG in Accounting, Finance, or Business. - 17+ years of professional experience including 8+ years of experience in managing large Order to Cash organizations - Good knowledge of accounting and financial processes and knowledge on ASC 606, SOX preferred - Extensive experience in O2C processes including reviewing contracts, terms &amp; conditions financial details and setting up Collection and Billing Departments - Previous relevant experience with full ownership of end to end processes required in order to cash - Expert knowledge of standard processes in order to cash, ability to drive standardization and process efficiencies - Meticulous attention to details - Advanced level proficiency in Excel is a MUST. - Knowledge of large ERP system (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred - Excellent communication skills - Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated. - Flexibility to work in multiple time zones including night shifts - Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines - Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
