Job Description

The incumbent reports into Chief Executive Officer . His major responsibilities are :

- To work with CEO to ensure smooth operations with each of the Centre. To develop, design and implement strategies for the delivery of excellent care and support for the service users at the Centres, including the development of policies and procedures to ensure delivery of best clinical practice.

- Develop new source of income and implement the Company business plan. To lead, inspire, motivate, and support the Centre Manager’s & staff to ensure that they and the Centres are functioning in accordance with company and legislative guidelines. This will be measured by the outcome of inspection results, internal audits and through the financial statement.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Management: Direct line management of all the Centre Managers, ensuring that regular (supervisions and appraisals are conducted. Provide a clinical and management support to the centre management.

Training and Development: To lead and direct the Centre Managers and support them in their Continuing Professional Development. To mentor the Centre Managers, in order to maximize their performance capabilities.

Policy Development:

To design and implement effective and user friendly policies for each of the centres in the following areas:

- Clinical governance

- Drug procedure guidelines

- Care planning

- Third party interventions (Social workers, local authorities, and solicitors)

The Successful Applicant

The successful incumbent will be :

12-15 years experience in managing operations of multiple medical centres

Medical background in terms of understanding basics of Primary care

Previous roles in man management capacity with leadership attributes
