DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS /Visual Merchandising

Visual Merchandising :

- To prepare VM calendar for the year based on marketing/merchandising/retail activities.

- Is responsible in developing the briefs for the Display after interacting with the Marketing, Merchandising and Retail teams depending on the project requirement

- Works closely with the Production and Graphics teams for a seamless execution of all campaigns and projects.

- Works closely with the space design team for merchandise zoning and development of relevant presentation material.

- Ensures regular interaction with the RVMs and guides them accordingly.

Inventory :

- Manage category assortment planning & merchandise mix

- Undertaking product and product line rationalization

- Analysis of actual stock vs sales performance to optimize trade performance

- Initiate necessary measures to liquidate slow moving & dead stock and communicate with the Sales and Marketing team

- Maintaining a balanced stock turnaround ratio to increase the flow of fresh merchandise into the store resulting in increase of sales.

Revenue :

- To identify opportunities and trends and contribute to developing and monitoring annual sales strategy and targets.

- To develop marketing & promotional strategies, BTL activities to drive brand objective and Top line.

- Proactively leads and plan sales forecasting, develop processes, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with all channels.

- Establishes professional relationships with key partner accounts.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives with partners and EBO channels.
