In terms of Services- They provide services in the areas of testing, distance education, skill development, training, and research in the field of management development programs.

Special Tests are conducted for management as well as for other professional streams, such as Engineering, Law, Fashion Technology, Footwear Designing, Architecture, Dental Sciences, etc. The testing service activities can be custom made ranging from "Design & Release of Advertisement" to "Submission of Final Merit List". Special tests are need-based and specially designed as per the client's requirement.

They are looking for an operations Director who can do-

- Strategic Planning- This person is the Business Head of their Testing Services reporting directly to the DG. Responsible for the overall strategic and perspective planning of the Centre under the guidance of Director General

- Systems Development- Responsible for designing and developing systems and procedures for conduct/administration of testing which includes MAT, R MAT, UGAT, Special Tests for Entrance Tests and Corporate Tests for Admissions/Recruitments across the country through CBT and offline. To conduct the administration of Special Tests, Entrance Tests and Corporate Tests for Admissions/Recruitments across the country through IBT, CBT and paper pencil mode as per requirements of the clients.

- Administration- In charge of all administrative aspects pertaining to office/Centre, staff, operations/procedures, documentation of all activities of the Centre and other relevant matters.

- An excellent Sales person, he would need to manage his team and get the best out of them in terms of expanding its Testing portfolio.

- Promote Testing products and offerings to potential clients on need basis at different cities through regular interactions and visits.

- P&L- Responsible for all financial matters as approved in the Budget, with a focus on ensuring utmost economy in expenditure. He/she would be responsible for the P & L of the department.
