- The role will drive the setup, expansion and sustainable growth of a newly created offshore captive, ensuring the group business achieves and maintains its competitive edge within the marketplace whilst increasing profit margins through the execution of the operations strategy.&nbsp; - The role will lead both Operational and Technology based roles supporting global lines of business over multiple time zones. - This will be achieved by ensuring the right organisational capability and culture exists to achieve a broad set of objectives and to establish a high level of service quality to stakeholders and a sustainable operational environment.&nbsp; - The role will require high levels of leadership and role model behaviours, including the ability to see the big picture and communicate the vision. - Working with internal stakeholders globally, and within regulatory requirements and frameworks, the role will provide strategic leadership for the business within India. - Extensive stakeholder management is critical to success - leading a team that is driving operations and service excellence by ensuring service standards are met and operational risk are well managed. - Critical to success will be to ensure the team work with onshore process owners driving a culture of customer centricity, continuous improvement and service excellence.
