Job Description :

- Drive and lead an industry disruption which is going to change the way financial products are consumed today.

- Lead and expand a high performance operations team and ensure seamless operations within business areas

- Build effective business relationships and manage 3rd Party Vendors who will be stakeholder in day to day operations

- Work with internals and externals to drive and execute on processes to ensure an awesome customer experience

- Proactively create strategic recommendations, innovations and drive their successful implementation with business partners.

- Support, develop, and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing of data and existing processes, recognizing trends, forming conclusions.
