About Our Client:

Our client is a mid-sized US based Technology Product company with operations set up in India which comprise 50% of the global workforce. With rapid expansion in their business they are looking for a seasoned quality and change management professional to establish the quality practice in the company along with handling the business support operations.

Job Description:

- Reporting into Country Head, you would be responsible to drive change management initiatives across the organization working closely with the key stakeholders to drive process excellence agenda. You would drive initiatives and trainings for standardization and a culture of continuous improvement.

- You would be responsible to create the quality function and built a team of six sigma experts along with leading the business support functions like admin, travel and procurement with a team of 10-15 people.

The Successful Applicant:

- You should be an MBA from a reputed university with atleast 12 years of relevant experience in driving Change delivery across a number of critical functions in ITES/BPO/KPO space.

- Strong understanding of quality function along with experience in driving large teams (over 50-60 people min.) is a must.

-- You should be qualified in Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies with an ability to manage senior stakeholders, is critical to the role.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to work independently and deliver under pressure is part of the role.
