Director - Operations - On-Demand Courier Services

Wefast Limited is the Courier- Client matching platform. Our aim is to provide on-demand courier services via our framework of IT solutions and legally approved models of cooperation between individual couriers and online sellers.

Operations Director will manage operational processes and infrastructure demand along with Country Manager and under his supervision. In particular:

- Manage internal operations and external performance indicators(e.g. support service, average delay time, leads processing), related to Delivery and Clients On boarding operations

- Cooperate with marketing, with market insights to improve our pricing model and marketing approach

- Track & manage operational key performance indicators

- Collaborate with other operations and technology leaders to establish best practices and continuously improve our overall service delivery process

- Coordinate multi-functional resources in multiple locations; including our Mumbai, office

Requirements:

- Significant experience in operations, project management

- Experience in E-Commerce, IT, Logistic, Online payments solutions, would be a plus

- Proven ability to build and manage dynamic, collaborative teams

- Be apologist of data-driven decision making. Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree in business administration or advanced degree with a focus on general management or technology a plus

- Five to ten years work experience within an Operations and project management environment (preferably within e-commerce and/or online payment services)
