Director Operations - Leading Microsoft Business Solutions Partner (15-20 Yrs)
We are looking for a Director Operations who will lead,manage and inspire a team of 300 employee headcount consulting company based out of Bangalore location and having offices across the globe.
Desired Qualifications, Certifications and Qualities:
- Degree in Business Administration
- 15+ years of experience in managing operations and strategies from IT service industry
- Analytical, structured and methodical approach to work with creative thinking skills and exemplary problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to act in a proactive manner and work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated individual with good attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
- Knowledge on technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals.
- Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
- Played a significant role towards various ERP Implementation projects based on business requirements.
- Successfully headed Organisational level Agile practice transformation
- Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally.
- Experience working within a consulting and project related environment for a Microsoft gold partner or similar
- Experience in a role where there is a responsibility for service delivery KPI's and contractual SLA's.
- Experience working across a global organization would be desirable.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable in engaging with all levels across the business and ability to influence, negotiate and develop internal and external relations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks when necessary
- Skilled in assessing business processes to identify improvement, opportunities and develop cost reduction programs such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to address these opportunities.
- Analytical & problem-solving with excellent interpersonal, and organization skills with proven abilities in team management & stakeholder relationship management
- Good to have experience in Microsoft business platforms or AX and Dynamics 365
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles such as supply chain, finance and customer service
- Skilled in designing solutions with sound understanding of technical and operational bottlenecks
