Director - Operations - IT Services (15-18 yrs)
Looking for Director Operations for one of the IT Services organization (Raipur)
1) At least 15 years of experience
2) Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures of the organization.
3) Have worked closely with the senior stakeholders of the organization in his/her experience.
4) In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Marketing, Learning and Development, Facilities Management, etc.
5) Must have excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
6) Must be fully appraised with industry standards and best practices in IT/ITES/service industry.
7) Act as a liaison with legal and compliance team.
8) Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
