Our client is a major listed domestic bank. They are looking for a Director of Operations Excellence for their wholesale banking business. Reporting into the wholesale banking operations head, this position will manage the process improvement team and operations risk teams. Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving structured Operational Excellence deployment which includes Process Improvement, Process Design, Re-engineering, Change Management, Project Management, Business Process Management - Responsible for conceptualizing strategies for streamlining entire metrics in line with Quality Objectives of the Business Function - Identifying key opportunity areas for operations and driving quality projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness and align towards business objectives of Cost Reduction, Risk Reduction and enhancing Customer Satisfaction. - Responsible for providing consistent and integrated measurement tools and processes - Responsible for providing MI Solutions Ideal Candidate: - You will be an operations professional with 12-15 years of experience, with extensive experience in process improvement and re-engineering, and good knowledge of wholesale banking products. Candidates who have successfully completed black belt projects in wholesale banking operations, and with hands on experience in MI solutions and project management will be strongly preferred. - Relevant experience at a leadership level, with successful senior stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
