- An incredibly rare opportunity for a detail-obssessed operations expert to join a well-funded early stage Ed Tech start-up backed by bulge-bracket VCs and an award winning management team. The founder is highly reputed with a blue chip pedigree and a history of successful exits. Prototype has blockbuster results, targeting an immediate $1.1+ Billion market, enabling tremendous wealth generation in a short time for a dynamic, analytical growth hacker, ideally with some ed tech experience.

- Ideal profile is an ex Mckinsey/BCG/Bain consultant, razor sharp intellect and operations experience, looking for a start-up wealth creation experience.

Location: Mumbai-Based Only. Co-location with founding team is a Must.

Profile: 

MARKETING & RECRUITING: 

- The Head Operations will recruit and manage hundreds of teachers across US/India for a live Human-to-Human technology platform connecting students to teachers for a specialized field (confidential). Recruitment is accomplished via a rigorous screening process that intakes only Top 0.1% of applicants.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: 

- The Head User Operations has to manage the entire supply chain/operations of students and teachers connecting through multiple geographies and locations, managing flow, intake and output. Critical to be very passionate about ) Expanding into new markets b) Operations c) Massive Detail Orientation.

Experience: 

Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set: The role is a unique combination of marketing (offline brand-building/ setting up partnership ecosystems/online performance marketing), forming deep 3rd party relationships with schools etc., and operations management.

Exceptional Drive: 

- The Head User Operations will be managing multiple priorities simultaneously across geographies and will be single-handledly responsible for the demand side of a two-way platform. Demonstrated history of taking responsibility ahead of tenure/experience with a super-human drive is a must.

Operations Experience : Role requires an analytical, structured approach since the scale will expand from recruiting 100 to 1,000 teachers in very short time. With 100,000 students and 1,000 teachers on the platform, operational management algorithms have to be very rigorous and strong.
