Job Profile:

Mandate

- Responsible for creating world class grocery operations capability

- Spearhead fulfilment centre operations

- Define track and improve on key metrics like breach, MIS shipments etc. for given region.

- Developing culture of deep customer service orientation in terms Handling, Response and Attitude towards customer.

- Responsible for creating efficient last mile delivery solution with maximum flexibility and minimized cost.

- Customer Focus

- Responsible for customized enhanced delivery options to customer in terms of goods handling, appointments etc.

- Responsible for customer delight in terms of Field Executive behavior towards customer.

- Build a culture of ownership, empowerment and customer obsession.

- Business Focus

- Define track and improve on key metrics pertaining to grocery delivery and customer delight in terms of delivery service.

- Responsible for world class grocery handling system i.e. Van Design, Handling

Equipment etc.

- Optimization of distribution and handling system for grocery.

- Accountable for all grocery asset management.

- Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of new optimized delivery networks and delivery flexibility with the help of central teams.

- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business process Innovation.

- Accountable for Delivery Quality assurance.

- Financial budgeting & execution - PNL accountability of grocery operations pan India

- Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.

Expertise

- MBA in supply chain or operations

- 12+ years experience with operations and supply chain

- Experience in retail Industry

- Strong experience in scaling up of supply chain

- Strong people management and cross functional leadership experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills across Operations, Business Finance, Inventory Planning, Merchandising and Category, Marketing and Customer service teams
