Director - Operations - Delivery Center

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily Delivery Center operations.

- Developing and implementing growth strategies.

- Improve the operational system, processes and policies.

- Training low-level managers and staff.

- Creating and managing budgets.

- Improving revenue.

- Hiring employees.

- Evaluating performance and productivity.

- Analyzing accounting and financial data.

- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed

- Generating reports and giving presentations

- Should be a team player for AIGC in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Process industries delivery services.

- Provide executive support to project manager during project execution.

- Active participation during sales to delivery transition

- Executive Sponsor for after sales support to upkeep the applications.

- Propel customer endorsements and feedback at closure of projects.

Other Responsibilities:

- Ensure skill set to support pre-sales to respond to RFQ on technical compliance.

- Custodian of success stories and publications

- Internal training and overview session to delivery team

- Collaborate with sales for prospective projects.

- Align with delivery target to grow business at existing install base.

- Cooperate with OEMs and feedback on feature development.

Qualifications:

- MBA - Master's in business administration from prestigious institute.

- B. Tech is preferred.

- Minimum professional experience - 20 years

- Minimum experience at executive level - 10 years

- Good knowledge of different business functions.

- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.

- Highly organized and strong work ethic.

- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Computer literate and excellent presentation skills.

- Proactive nature, accommodative and good conduct.
